Music
- We Operate with 100% Digital music:
Our systems use computerized digital files as well as CDs and DVDs to ensure the highest quality of music possible. Utilizing digital files also allows us to bring much more music to each event.
- Large Collection of Music
We bring our entire music collection to every event. This includes an excess of over twenty-five thousand songs which includes every Top 100 Billboard hit since 1960, the Rolling Stones Top 500 songs of all times, and many, many other songs. Our music collection is computerized which allows us to find music very quickly at any event.
- Requests
We try to accommodate as many requests at the event as we can. With our large collection it is very likely that we may have almost any request that may come up.
- Mixing
When appropriate we can mix songs together to sound like one long song. This is great for keeping a high energy dance floor alive. We have performed at many night clubs where these skills were learned and perfected. You can listen to some samples of custom mixes on our Samples page.
ZonCom DJs
- Roles
We can perform many different roles at every event. Some of the roles that we perform are:
- Master of Ceremonies (MC) - The DJ is usually also the MC. The MC keeps the event going and talks on the microphone.
- Disc Jockey (DJ) - While DJing we play music as well as perform mixing with a light show.
- Interactivity
You can choose how interactive you would like us to be at your event.
- Professional - Performs basic DJing services and basic MC services.
- Interactive - Actively gets guests involved in things like games, conga lines, limbo etc.
- Experience
We have many years of experience and we match up the needs of the client with the talents of the DJ.
Equipment & Lighting
- Professional Sound System(s)
We use high quality, high powered speakers to ensure the best sounding music for your event.
- Lighting & Effects
We have many different types of lights and effects and you may pick the ones you want for your event. Some of these includes mirror balls, white & colored moving lights, lasers, fog machines and bubble machines.
- Backup Systems
We bring backup equipment to all events. You never know when Murphy may pay a visit so we try to prepare as much as possible.
Weddings
- Ceremony Music
If your ceremony and reception are in the same location we may also provide the music for your ceremony. We have a selection of traditional ceremony songs that you can pick from or you can give us your own.
- Cocktail & Dinner Music
Cocktail & Dinner Music is played at almost every wedding. We blend a combination of jazz, instrumental and easy listening music and keep the sound level low so your guests can still carry on a conversation over the background music.
- Dance Music
We try to make the dance area the center of attention during the dancing portion of the wedding. We are able to keep people on the floor by being able to read the crowd and anticipate what the crowd wants to hear. During fast dance songs we may mix songs together so that the beats of one song match the beats of another song. This keeps the dance floor hopping and provides your guests with a club like performance. Our lights and effects add to the ambience and makes it even more enjoyable for your guests.
- Projector & Screen
We can project a love story or slideshow on our large projector screen so all guests at the wedding can learn a little more about the bride & groom.
Dance Recitals & Performances
- We can create your music CDs & MP3s as a custom mix that can be played at the recitals or for practice.
Anniversaries & Reunions
- Our large collection of music means that we most likely will have many of the songs that were hits back in the day. Since we bring all music with us on all performances, we can find many of the songs that you like almost instantly.
